Objectives:
to introduce students to the different types of worms
to do role playing
to reinforce vocabulary
Procedure:
Show film or pictures of the different worm types: Flatworms (Platyhelminthes), Roundworms (Nematoda), Segmented Worms(Annelids).
Take notes on different worm types in notebook
Print and photocopy a class set of the interviews: Paulette the Planarian, Tommi the Tapeworm, Larry the Leech, Eddie the Earthworm.
Select students to read the character parts in front of class.
